HBU-A100 Bottle Unscrambler
The motor drives the sorting flower plate. The bottles in the container begin to rotate from the under part to the upper part of the bottle sorting plate by the semicircle groove of plate and the guiding rod. The bottles in the semicircle groove are picked up continuously by the plastic turning strips, which are fixed on the bottle exit, turning around constantly. Then all the bottles, with mouth up, move in order along the conveying belt to the filling station.
