BYC-400 Film Coating Machine

This machine is used to carry out film coating to the core of Chinese traditional and Western medicine tablets. It integrates strong current, weak current, hydraulic pressure and pneumatics. It is new type equipment improved on the basic of original common type sugar coating machine.

It is mainly composed of the main engine (original sugar coating machine), the controllable normal temperature hot air system, and the spray system with automatic liquid supply and air supply. The main motor has variable frequency speed regulation. It uses the method of automatic electrical control to spray the coating liquid onto the surface of the tablet with a high atomization spray gun. The liquid is spread evenly on the core of the tablet, and there is controllable normal temperature hot air in the pot to dry the tablet at the same time, so that on the surface of the tablet appears forms quickly a firm, dense, complete and smooth film.
